Just wanted to share this quilt top. The lighting was not all that great, but the colors of this quilt top are so soft and warm. I can’t wait to quilt it. More details on this quilt top a little later.
This is a t-shirt quilt I made for one of my best friends, Shelley. These were t-shirts she collected from various church groups and mission trips. Before pictures: And finally the finished quilt: I just love this quilt! And I know she does, too.
Look at these patriotic fabrics! This is a large quilt made out of all patriotic fabrics – just beautiful. Here are a couple ‘in process’ pictures:
This quilt was made from civil war fabrics and quilted with a light colored variegated thread. The quilting design is a swirl design that really adds a lot of movement and doesn’t overpower the fabrics.
This is a quilt I made for my niece, Alissa, back in 2011. No matter when she graduated or when the quilt was completed, it’s still beautiful. I love it as much as she does.
